Friendly staff. It's not in the greatest of neighborhood but the cats are well taken care of. The place does have cat litter urine smell but it's understandabl. Parking can be challenging. Clean restroom and the facility is clean. Lots of cat toys. People can spend time and play with cats and adopt them.

Amazing place! Such sweet and cute kitties. They have rescued and found homes for so many cats. They are doing amazing work! Great place to hang out and just relax for an hour with the company of kitties.

Lots of well cared for cats! Very friendly people and cats. Clean, professional, and relaxed. The staff was knowledgeable about all of the cats. My girls loved it. Highly recommended!

Had a great time visiting here - sooo many cats (40+) that were so sweet and friendly. There wasn’t anyone after us so the staff let us stay an extra 30-45 min to see feeding time which was really nice! Definitely worth the money to support the cats and the upkeep of the facilities.

This is a lovely little adoption center right in Long Beach. They have well-kept facilities and a caring staff who are providing excellent care to the residents. I came here on a trip to visit a friend and had a hard time not bringing some cats home with me on an airplane. Be sure to plan your visit and book your session in advance to make sure you get in. They last for 50 minutes and it’s plenty of time to get to know some new furry friends. I’d recommend being mindful that whatever clothes you wear are likely to end up covered in fur so be prepared with backups. While I was there, we happened to witness feeding time and it was very funny to see how excited a room full of cats can get when they know they’re about to eat. The design of the interior is well suited to cats with lots of great nooks and crannies for the cats spend time. There are several cat toys you can use to play with any of the cats who are interested. Everyone there was respectful and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Even if you’re not looking to adopt, it’s worthwhile to stop by if you like cats.

I had the best experience visiting here! the cats are really social and are clearly very cared for. The area was pristine and I felt good paying the $15 entrance fee knowing it was going to such a good cause. Really loved coming here!! As an aside, my bf is slowly coming around to the idea of having a pet and a few cats very respectfully climbed into his lap, he loved it. Would love to come back!

Really great spot to connect with the cutest and softest creatures. The cats in this establishment are very well taken care of and have so much fun playing with the customers. I enjoyed my time there with a friend. I do suggest that the location have more interactive toys that the guests can play with (like sticks attacked to a string with a bell or something). Also the ventilation isn’t the greatest, so be prepared. Nonetheless, the staff members are really sweet and they strive to give these adoptable cats a sweet and loving home!!! I’ll come back here for sure!!!

Took my daughter here and she enjoyed herself very much! This place is on the more affordable side than other places ($15 entry fee here), so that's much appreciated. Adopting fee is affordable ($180) since they come fixed and shots up to date. Lots of space, lots of friendly kitty cats. We will definitely come again.
